3Sixty Law Group is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Litigation & Arbitration at its office in Sector 67, Gurugram.
The role involves handling civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including matters before the Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts and arbitral tribunals.

Experience: 3+ years of substantive court/tribunal litigation experience
Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- An LL.B. qualification.
- At least 3 years of substantive court/tribunal litigation experience.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Ability to independently handle matters with strategic direction.
- Strong analytical, advocacy, communication and case-management skills.
- Experience before the Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts and/or arbitral tribunals will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Independently manage matters from understanding the brief and identifying legal issues through drafting, filing, hearing preparation and court/tribunal appearances.
- Handle civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Handle arbitration matters.
- Work on matters before the Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts and arbitral tribunals.
- Work on commercial disputes, arbitration and/or IP litigation.

The following experience will not be counted towards the required PQE:
- Internship experience
- In-house experience
- Corporate/legal department experience
- Non-litigation experience
The requirement specifically relates to substantive court/tribunal litigation experience.
