About the Opportunity

Wighmal & Co. (Advocates & Solicitors) , New Delhi is hiring a Legal Associate (0–1 Year PQE) for its disputes resolution practice.

We seek a young lawyer with strong legal fundamentals, sound drafting skills and a genuine interest in building a career in disputes resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Legal research and case-law analysis
Drafting pleadings, applications, opinions and written submissions
Preparing case briefs and litigation updates
Assisting with dispute strategy and case preparation
Client conferences and legal advisory
Proceedings before various courts, tribunals and forums
Supporting matters involving civil, criminal, commercial, banking and regulatory disputes

Eligibility Criteria

PQE: 0–1 Year
Legal fundamentals
Drafting ability
Analytical thinking
Professional integrity
