The position offers exposure to matters involving content, licensing and brand portfolios, including work with clients from the film, music and entertainment sectors.

Eligibility

Candidates should:

  • Be an India-qualified advocate.
  • Have 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Have hands-on experience in IP litigation and trademark prosecution.
  • Possess strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Have a genuine interest in the Media & Entertainment sector.
  • Be able to handle matters independently with sound judgment.

Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work on:

  • Trademark and copyright litigation, including pleadings, applications, notices and hearings.
  • Court preparation and appearances.
  • Drafting pleadings and applications.
  • Trademark searches, filings, examination responses and portfolio management.
  • Production, licensing and content agreements.
  • Advising on exploitation, enforcement and structuring of rights relating to content, licensing and brands.
