The role offers an opportunity to coordinate a two-year litigation fellowship involving Fellows, mentor advocates, training programmes and multiple institutional stakeholders.

Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- An LL.B./B.A. LL.B. degree.
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Kannada.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in litigation, programme/fellowship management, clinical legal education or legal non-profit coordination.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other programme tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with discretion.
Desirable: Experience with legal education, access to justice, non-profit programmes, litigation/chambers work, fellowships, university clinical programmes, funder reporting, grant management, monitoring and evaluation, or the Bengaluru litigation ecosystem.
Role & Responsibilities
The Programme Manager will:
- Serve as a point of contact for Fellows and mentors.
- Track Fellow placements, attendance and progress.
- Coordinate Fellow check-ins and programme convenings.
- Administer reporting and evaluation processes.
- Support training, capacity-building workshops and events.
- Maintain programme calendars and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, logistics, procurement and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate outreach with programme partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and reporting requirements.
- Work alongside the co-Programme Manager and report to the Director of Clinics.
Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience and University norms.
